Great companies: please tell me something about the business and how did you come up with such an idea?
Mr Vikram S Kotian: I was working for the export import company as manager and was well versed with all the documents and procedures. But I realized that if I start an export import consultancy business I will be in an independent position doing self-business. But I had to struggle for nearly 5 years and thereafter I got established and started making money.
Great companies: what are the various services and products provided by your company?
Mr Vikram S Kotian: In export import consultancy all post export benefits which is given to exporters by the government. In the export business I am doing merchant export business exporting such as stainless steel utensils, aluminium utensils and plastic household items.

Mr Vikram S Kotian: Because I have faced many challenges during the course of business.
Great companies: what are the struggles and challenges you face?
Mr Vikram S Kotian: In the beginning some exporters did not make my payments for the services I have rendered to them and during this period I had diverted too many other business which I totally lost. Also in my export business I have made loss and because of my hard work I am surviving.
Great companies: what do you think are the few main things which are most important for a successful business?
Mr Vikram S Kotian: Be honest hard working face any problem in the business not to lose confidence and surrender yourself in hard times.
