The thought of becoming a first-generation entrepreneur was a distant dream that quietly persisted. The push towards this dream was partly influenced by my previous workplace, where I witnessed limitations that hindered growth for my colleagues and myself. These experiences fueled my resolve, and I often pondered on the different approaches I would adopt if I were to steer my own business. When it comes to expanding our team, we've faced skepticism due to our bootstrap nature. Potential hires were concerned about the adequacy of training, compensation, and career growth. We addressed these concerns head-on by fostering open communication, providing comprehensive

training both online and offline, ensuring a zero-tolerance policy towards office politics, and maintaining transparency in our operations. Salaries are disbursed promptly on the first working day of each month, and appraisals are performance-based, reflecting our recognition of the team's hard
