I teach phonetics to kids in the age group of 4 to 7 years..Phonetics is the study of sounds of the alphabets which helps kids in spellings, reading n better pronunciation. Kids get confident once they finish the course.
What challenges have you overcome to reach where you are now
I started my teaching career in an Institute at Andheri n when i shifted to Pallava, I started taking phonetics classes at home...I started with just two kids initially n due to word of mouth, the number increased gradually..Last year I was approached by Little Brooks Early Learning centre to conduct my classes in their premises on a profit sharing basis, to which I agreed..Today I have almost 35 kids studying with me and over more than 30 have undergone the course with me. I would like to have a small space of my own where I can conduct my classes. I would like to provide my students all the infrastructure I can n make their lives more happy.
What message you want to give for other aspiring women entrepreneurs
It is never too late in life to start your 2nd innings..I started after the age of 40 years n here I am: a proud entrepreneur of my classes...Patience is the name if the game..You give quality n people will value your worth...so don't lose hope.

My perseverance n my own intellectual ability n of course the support of my family.
