Achievements and Milestones of the Company:

In one of our project, we were getting a really beautiful view of Lake. To enhance the

beauty of nature, the executive offices were placed facing the lake. The columns

were the main obstruction for a panoramic view, so they were shifted to the back to

make an area cantilevered ( 40' x 72' ) from a typical box-like structure thereby it

enhances the structure gracefully and embraced the surrounding nature. The whole

project has been designed to reduce the overall impact of the built environment

through the efficient use of energy and natural resources whilst also reducing

environmental degradation. This leads us to winning a prestigious USGBC LEED

Gold Certificate.

Apart from this, being in the industry for more than two decades, Mindscape has won

many awards such as Best Individual Residential Unit, ICEA (Surat) year 2011-12,

Nominated for Best Bungalow Design, NDTV India year 2012-13, Best Multi-Dwelling

Commercial Individual Unit, ICEA (Surat) Year 2013-14.
