Megha Kumari: As a Human Resource Head, I have witnessed many challenges and when it comes to the adoption of technology, the right mindset plays an important role. So, developing the right mindset was the first-big challenge for me as an Innovator. If we look into the technical front, when working with confidential information, we face numerous challenges e.g. While modern data wiping techniques and data encryption create hurdles during evidence investigation, the most significant challenge is the time limitation in processing massive amounts of data. The right audience and making them ready for this innovation and preparing them for adoption in their current ecosystem is also a big struggle. So, starting from the right mindset, educating people, resources, Data-inputs, technology adoption, and cost optimization were some Real-time struggles or challenges that were our basis in order to deliver the best.
