Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business?

Mayur Lunawat: The journey of HTS started in 2015 with us taking a Video aggregator project attempting to solve real-world difficulties with the help of technology while working full-time at a prominent organization. The journey was entirely driven by my passion for technology. In 2016 January I decided to quit my job and work towards my passion with a full-time commitment, our very first project was for a distinguished University that wanted us to develop an education platform for their faculty and students, we were able to suffice their expectations and deliver the product in a striking time since then we haven't looked back and have kept thriving for better

Mayur Lunawat: We pride ourselves in being up to date with all the digital and technological trends, specializing in aiding clients to resolve the most complex of business challenges through cost-effective software applications and methods. Our company has international experience in delivering cost-effective, insightful, and creative Global solutions. We mainly identify ourselves as a SaaS and enterprise-level software company we create, develop, host, update and manage the complete product lifecycle of the software. We also hold expertise in contributing innovative plugins and APIs to pre-made websites and software to make their functioning smoother. We believe in growing together have additionally put our gained experience to its optimal use and have been providing consultation to various other software companies. We at HTS do not believe in restricting ourselves to any particular jurisdiction hence we also work in the regions of complex video editing and animating. We also have a team working dedicatedly on data entry furthermore we always look forward to solving unsolved challenging projects. We have recently made some major developments in our in-house marketing team and going forward we'll be providing various digital marketing services as well.


Other than this we have proven expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Visual Recognition, Cognitive Intelligence, and so on

Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?

Mayur Lunawat: As an Indian startup, we face various stereotypes in the foreign market. People tend to presume that being an Indian IT firm we'd be ready to work at insanely low costs this being said they also already have a mindset that the quality of work being provided won't be up to the mark, we'd be lacking professionalism. Sometimes they would even hire a local manager just to ensure the proper functioning which indicated their distrust in us, for the initial few sessions, we had to first work towards changing the mindset of the clients and gaining their trust. The starting trouble was significant but once we had their trust and they saw the outcome the relationship kept growing and now for some international firms we act as their technical arm rendering them the exact products and solutions they look for.


Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What do 5 years down the line look like for HTS?

Mayur Lunawat: Currently, we have clients mainly in India, Singapore, and The United States. In the next 5 years, we will be focusing to expand & establish ourselves in all the continents across the globe by creating a robust network of channel partners. We aim to provide global market products that will provide significant technological advancements in the market. We are also looking forward to expanding our services on the marketing side as well. We are working on building an in-house digital marketing team.


Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?

Mayur Lunawat: I am a strong believer in persistence as the key to success at the same time it is also very important to identify when to stick and when to twist. Also, if you are just starting, your laser focus must be on satisfying a little number of customers. First, sustain completely then scale and ALWAYS believe in yourself.
