Mani Shastha: Our business idea on Industry 4.0 is the concept of our team member Mr. Puviyarasan (Founder) and Mr. Pranesh (Cofounder/CEO) Myself as a Mechanical Engineer and Business development executive started a journey with my friends where as I believed in future technologies.
One of the leading technological change is going be industry 4.0 which incurred AI and ML. Industry 4.0 is the platform which we can connect and use for any kind of industry and resources Our idea is to bring the decentralised system where I can place the order for my goods (manufacturing parts) anywhere in the world and it will be in your company door step connecting all decentralised manufacturing hub will make the process easier and faster this is how we fit our idea and to implement Industry 4.0 ordering industrial goods should be in a single roof in near future. so, one can order the product to be manufactured and monitored real time from Japan to Africa, Alaska to Mumbai and Seoul to Mexico.
Where we believe Foundry and Machine shop are the core manufacturing sector. Our idea to convert Industries to smart industry with our technologies. Our case studies shows that our solutions and product help to improve our client’s production and quality. This is how DYNA4CAST TECHNOLOGIES was born.

Procuring, Storing, Planning, Producing, and delivering the industry goods incurred with lot of parameters and external factors. Tracking and monitoring all those factors involved in the field of physical shopfloor is not easy for the manpower.
IoT Hardware:
Dyna4cast hardware is the edge computing device for the industry 4.0 solution to integrate various machines and equipment’s in the shop floor and foundry. It extracts the data from the shopfloor to the monitoring dashboard.

Dyna Assist is the customized software solution for the manufacturing sector clients. We provide various modules like Production, Quality, Inventory, Scrap control, Emergency Alert and more.

It is the service provided based on the ML & AI based suggestions and recommendations for decision making on daily manufacturing activities. Dyna4cast provides various field level sensors and monitoring device to integrate with the multiple machines and devices which can be critical resource for the production but other service providers get data from the ERP and analyse the data and ERP data can be cooked up data.

It is another state-of-the-art technology to connect hundreds of field device by wireless communication and give real time status and control over the plant.
Dyna Assist: Business Intelligence Module:
Another unique feature to give value addition to customers are business intelligence module for the various clients. All the data collection from the field employees will be analysed and broadcast in dashboard as KPI Indicators.

Mani Shastha: Dyna4cast plans to work with lot of association and cluster group to bring the technology to the proper standard and protocol for manufacturing sector. More than the product, Dyna4cast approach to build the platform as a service for this core industries for various activities where AI can do most of the activities without any errors.
In 5 years, line, the company will be the single roof platform for the core industries where people can come and search for supply, demand, people, resource, technology, innovation and more. A person can run a medium and small-scale industries anywhere in the world monitoring from the corner of India.
Great Companies:If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?
Mani Shastha: Compare to the western countries any technology that starts from needs, go through plan and it becomes standard and technology will penetrate market later but in India the Technology comes far before than standards and adoptive nature for the technology will take longer than developed countries. Now globalisation become new normal in any technology so applying policies and standards for this type of technology is much needed.
