We follow a SPIN strategy ( Situation Analysis, Probing, Inferences drawn and Need to Support ) , by Research and then bring stake holders together on common platforms to meet their desired objectives in terms of enhancing business ROIs . WE WORK with direct investors , partners, employees .We also have a curate talk shows, workshops, conclave to execute the sane along with new age of marketing.
What challenges have you overcome to reach where you are now
It is a self funded start up and we started working with the real estate currently, that is facing lot of challenges due to cash strap, demonitization, high cost of funding standing inventories. We were new and in a market like today, no builder is ready to spend on new platform's. DESPITE that we launched one IP called Rebrand X for partners and other AISL for direct clients .Rebrand x 2 was a huge hit and we have clients lile shapoorji, raheja universal, marathon. ,Siddha group already done that programme with us and associations like SP Jain School of Global Management & ICAI , Grant Thornton, IBG , Aura Art have collaborated with a new platform.
What message you want give for other aspiring women entrepreneurs
Once you believe your heart is in the right place, there is no looming back :)
To what do you attribute your success
My upbringing that I owe it to my parents, the right values and work ethics, my education and rich corporate background that has helped me to think logically, work with shoe strings budgets , reduce wastages, deploy resources tactfully, overcome any impediments along the way but stay truly focussed to my ultimate goals. Been a roller coaster ride but we are proud of what we achieved in 1.5 years . We have launched 2 successful IPs, people ibn the sector know us by name now .
