We are a boutique agency serving out clients through all real estate transactions. We have 4 staff and I am the director. The foundation of our business is the provide a service based on honesty, transparency and making sure the relationships created are more valuable then the monetary value of the transaction

What challenges have you overcome to reach where you are now

The biggest challenge is the reputation that real estate agents are all men and just out for a sale and their commission. A lot of people believe that real estate agents are heartless and only money focussed this has been very hard to show that we do not operate that way. Also been very hard to teach my staff that we are not like the rest

What message you want to give for other aspiring women entrepreneurs

Nothing is easy, but if you believe enough and work with integrity nothing can stand in your way. So many challenges but its the mistakes and the failure that helps you become the best you can be. Don't let any one especially no man tell you that you cant do it. At the end as long as you believe you can do it everything is possible. Im a mum of 4 who never passed year 11 and Im very proud of what I have achieved

To what do you attribute your success

Being the best I can be to show my children and the people that come into my life that anything and everything is possible if you believe and also that you need to go for what you want. Nothing just happens. You have to work hard, set goals and know that with the right structures and processes in place everything possible
