Great Companies: What are the various services and products provided by your company?
Lalit Agrawal: We are into manufacturing plastic food containers also called thin wall containers manufactured by injection moulding. Our products are used for home delivery of food, take aways, QSR, sweets packaging and many other applications. These products are thin compared to conventional products thereby use less material but required high quality machines, moulds and material.
Great Companies: How do you ensure the efficiency and accuracy of the goods and services provided?
Lalit Agrawal: The efficiency and accuracy starts from the machines, mould and material. Combination of these 3 can only give a good products and we do not compromise on any of these. We have HACCP i.e. ISO15000 and FSMS i.e. ISO 22000 certification signifying that we are following these safety standards. All these helps us in high quality and safe products from our factory.
Great Companies: How was the journey so far? What are the expansion plans ongoing?
Lalit Agrawal: The journey so far has been full of up and down. When we started to manufacture food containers in 2011, we did not get very good response both in domestic and international market. Tehre were many factors for the same. But slowly we were able to build our image and today we do not regret the path we followed.
Great Companies: What are the strategies you adopt to stay ahead in the race?
Lalit Agrawal: Good quality, low price, innovative designs and customer orientation. We actively participate in domestic and international exhibitions to stay ahead.
Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?
Lalit Agrawal: Today in India biggest challenge is arranging capital and the cost of capital. We do not consider China to be a big factor in international market but scaling up production to the levels of Chinese levels is bigger challenge given financial resources.
