Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business?
Kuldeep Sharma: While growing up in a lower middle class family, I knew that I will not be having too many options to live a life of choices if I go with a Job Mindset throughout my life. I have also seen the struggle a person goes through in his life while working 9-5 in his career. So I had decided in my college days that no matter what I will not spend my life like most of the people do. I was always meant to be working for myself rather than making others rich.

Kuldeep Sharma: We at Industrial Refrigeration Solutions, provide services like Annual Maintenance, After Sales Services, Equipment, Design, Project Execution, Spares for the refrigeration Systems across the Country & abroad as well.
Great Companies: What makes INDUSTRIAL REFRIGERATION SOLUTIONS different from hundreds of other similar service providers?
Kuldeep Sharma:
We truly believe that the real business starts after the sale. One needs to have a good after sales support in order to survive in today’s throat cut competition. Many big players have failed to keep track on their after sales support. That’s the main area we have focussed a lot to be in the race. We are known for our quick response along with quality products at better prices. That’s our USP.
Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?
Kuldeep Sharma: We believe that the Struggle & Challenges are a part of life. It makes us feel that we are still alive. There won’t be any struggle or challenge if we’re dead. So it’s a part of the process. We have also faced a lot of challenges like being new in the market, Big Clients don’t trust new companies easily, Quality concern of the clients, Direct competition with the OEM’s & many more. Some other & new challenges might also be waiting for us in the future. So Challenges will always be there. It’s up to us, how we respond to them. We believe that we can learn from them & grow simultaneously.
Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for INDUSTRIAL REFRIGERATION SOLUTIONS?
Kuldeep Sharma: Currently more than 70% business is coming from North & Western Part of the country. We are planning to expand in the Southern & Eastern Market as it has got a huge scope & potential for us. As far as long term goal is concerned , we will be focusing on Africa & South American Market in upcoming years.
Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?
Kuldeep Sharma: Keep going, don’t stop just coz you faced a failure. Failures are the biggest parts of a success story.
