Before becoming a social entrepreneur, Kshama spent more than a decade building technology systems for leading global institutions, including Capital One and Lloyds TSB.
Her engineering background taught her how systems function—and more importantly, how poorly designed systems can unintentionally exclude capable people.
After returning to India, she immersed herself in public policy, governance, and sustainable development before founding the Kshamata Innovation Foundation in 2020.
