Kkanchi Goel , Founder at MK WRITES INDIA

Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business?

Kkanchi Goel: I started MK Writes in the year 2010. The trend of digital marketing and communications was slowly and gradually taking pace. However, there was a need gap that we had figured out during that time. While interacting with our clients we understood that each one of them was looking for a one stop platform through which they can avail every service pertaining to Digital Marketing and Communication that too ensuring high quality, 100% uniqueness and timely submissions. Thus, this gap inspired us to take a quick move and gear up to excel in this segment.

Great Companies: What are the various services provided by MK WRITES INDIA?

Kkanchi Goel: Founded in 2010, MK Writes was one of the early movers in the now crowded content writing space. The company started as a bootstrapped venture with limited resources. We are a pure Digital Content Writing Services Agency wherein we provide 100% humanly written, unique, well researched and organic content for different forms. They are Website Content, Blogs, Articles, Press Releases, Guest Posts, Ghostwriting, Product or Service Reviews, Product or Service descriptions, Translations, Book Writing, Book editing, Proofreading, etc. We are also into corporate makeover, wherein we provide different services such as Resume Writing, Cover Letter, SOPs, LORs, LinkedIn Profile writing, etc. Along with this, we are exploring different service areas too from time to time and upgrading the same in our service list.

All this didn't add up to our work profile in just one day. It took us years and we went through the process of excelling in these services. We provide the above mentioned services to B2B, B2C and D2C clients in India as well as overseas.

Great Companies: What makes MK WRITES INDIA different from hundreds of other similar service providers?

Kkanchi Goel: What makes us stand out from the league of other similar service providers is our integrity, honesty and passion towards our work. We believe in developing and nurturing relationships with both our clients and team members in order to create an ecosystem that is trustworthy, long lasting and culturally well driven. We also welcome feedback positively and try our best to deliver the required services well before timelines. In addition to this, we take care of proper communication. There is a strong internal communication system that helps in taking care of outbound communication with our clients, vendors and other associates. We also believe in staying humble and practise humility and gratitude.

Great Companies: What were the struggles and challenges you faced and how did you overcome them?

Kkanchi Goel: In this period of 13+ years, we have understood that every single day brings different challenges on your table. Be it quality, innovation, new concepts, motivation (both self and team), leadership, productivity, etc…. anything and everything adds to be a challenging part of our journey. However, we have learnt to embrace these challenges and outshine with our passion and dedication to go beyond the conventional.

Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for MK WRITES INDIA?

Kkanchi Goel: For me, business is not just about making money but also empowering individuals by creating ample job opportunities. I envision MK Writes as a global company. While in India, we create jobs for local talent in the content industry. Our aim is to do the same when we expand further. Five years from now, things will not be the same. We all know that AI is gradually taking over. So, honestly speaking, we are still figuring it out, but at the moment, we are going with the flow and are trying to tap as many clients as we could to solve their problem statement with respect to Digital Content.

Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?

Kkanchi Goel: If you are starting out, then firstly never underestimate yourself. Do not feel as if you are a late comer or you know nothing. Take as much time and risks possible in discovering your potential. Do what exactly your heart says you to do. Welcome suggestions and advices from promising mentors. Try to join and associate with established mentors or business coaches in the industry. Follow them diligently as they know the in and out of the industry. Do not hesitate in taking help, guidance or advice from established people in your industry.

Ensure to take care of your health and fitness - spiritually, mentally and physically.

Lastly, trust your conviction.
