Our expertise not only ranges from residential to commercial but also from hospitality to institutional sectors.
What challenges have you overcome to reach where you are now
The main challenge was that there weren't a lot of people who had the faith in me including clients who thought I couldn't deliver either because of my age or my gender. They thought a woman alone can't do the 'job' adequately and needed a man to back her up. There have been times when my ex-colleagues have also mentioned that you will not be successful because you don't have it in you. Some said I was too timid the other proclaimed I had too much attitude. But I took all of this and made it my strength to fight my way through to become what I am today.
What message you want to give for other aspiring women entrepreneurs
There are thousands of people who are out there who will tell you, 'you cannot make it', or 'business is not meant for girls like you', including some of your family. There will only be a handful or maybe less who will tell you 'I believe in you' and 'you can do it' or 'Go ahead I'm behind you, I wont let you fall'. Amidst the negative voices, you have to strain hard to listen to those small positive voices. When you concentrate on these positive voices, all the negative voices will drain out automatically. Have faith in yourself and other entrepreneurial sisters like yourself. And most importantly Never Give Up on What You Love.
To what do you attribute your success
Hard work, persistence,positive approach and never give up attitude - all this which I learnt from my mother. I'd also like to thank my fiance and friends who have always stood by me and encouraging me to get back on my feet every time I fell.
