Ketan Sanghvi : In my quest for Optimal Health & Fitness,I have Personally Transformed myself due to the Certification and Knowledge of Personalised Training & Customised Nutrition i.e. I have an International Certification as A Registered Exercise Professional (REP) from REPS India as I have a Diploma In Personal Training (DPT) as well as A Certified Sports Nutritionist (CSN) from the Premier School: The K11 School Of Fitness Sciences. So I founded Body Transform By K10 as My Mission Is To Empower People By Teaching,Training & Transforming Their Bodies thereby Making them Healthier, Fitter, Stronger,Functional & ultimately Improving Their Quality Of Life. Also, ''K10'' apart from rhyming with my name Kketan is my Motto of ''Being My Best'' i.e 10/10.

We focus on Educating them that Fat Loss & Muscle Gain are Critical and that only via a Sustainable, Consistent, Lifestyle, Exercise and Nutrition program would they achieve long Lasting Results for Life !
