We have trained more that 8000 employees and have been awarded as one of the innovative training and consulting in 2017 and Times Now award in 2018. Learners Route has been key player in Corporate Talent Management across India for the last 5 years.
What challenges have you overcome to reach where you are now
The challenges are many. One of our key challenges as a small start up was to find Funding. The second big challenge is to constantly manage bandwidth with small charged team. This meant long hours on a daily basis, week after week, month after month. Sustaining this for year after year without losing any team member was the challenge. Biggest challenge was having to prove ourselves over and over again till we became a brand to reckon with.
What message you want to give for other aspiring women entrepreneurs
Entrepreneurship is Conviction + good quality . With these 2 elements, everything else falls into place.
