Great Companies: What are the various Services provided by FashionflameZ

Jincy Sathish: We are an Event Management Company, catering to all types of events. As of now we do more of fashion events, Celebrity managements, brand endorsements, casting for Ads. Soon we will be into corporate and other events.

Great Companies: What makes FashionflameZ different from hundreds of other events and talent management firms?

Jincy Sathish :

Brand doesn’t not automatically differentiate a company from its competitors. It has to stand for something, communicate something unique and different from the competition. We build connections that last, stands out on social media and we have an open mind towards suggestions from clients. Doing what everyone else does is comfortable and safe, but stir something drastically different! It really takes courage, but focus on one thing you think others are doing, or not doing at all, and how you’re in the trend. Then shout it from the the rooftops in all of your marketing and communication.

Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?

Jincy Sathish : Being an entrepreneur is a difficult task that is not a job for everyone. Willingness to accept challenges that are placed in front of you by various people. Having positive and negative experiences as you grow your business. I have tried to remain positive in all times through hardwork and dedication. Knowing what’s ahead is half the battle won. We have a number of successful woman entreprenuers, who has created successful brands across the world. However journeys have not been easy. It’s only when their families , society at large make a conscious effort to bring down the gender walls, woman entreprenuers shine out in the corporate world. I have been lucky to have that support from all.

Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for FashionflameZ?

Jincy Sathish : When you imagine 5 years from now, you see yourself as an entrepreneur, running a company you’re passionate about, Great! But to actually achieve it you need to backtrack by setting immediate and intermediate goals along the way. Entreprenuership doesn’t have an end destination because the world is constantly changing. So still figuring it out! I can only plan a forecast, but as the journey continues, I might be able to give you a sound answer to that.

Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?

Jincy sathish : Don’t take NO for an answer, Learn from the best, stay hungry and ambitious, never stand still evolve with times. Do more spend less. Most important, Trust your gut instinct, not just your spreadsheet.

I DON’T KNOW THE KEY TO SUCCESS, BUT THE KEY TO FAILURE IS TRYING TO PLEASE EVERYBODY.WHEN YOU CEASE TO DREAM YOU CEASE TO LIVE!!
