Challenges Faced During the Journey:
When she started she was just one of a handful of women directing and producing. The crew was mostly men. Getting them to align with her creative vision and follow orders from a woman was the greatest challenge. Late hours and hard physical work were part and parcel of film making. It was an uphill task - but nothing ventured, nothing gained, and today the company flag is flying high.
