Great Companies: Please tell me something about the business and how did you

come up with such an idea?

Jenni-Lyn Nolan: Richard, my spouse, is active and enjoys multi-tasking. During his

experience in Carpet Cleaning Industry, he was often asked to carry out other service which

he was happy to do. We discovered that the Carpet Cleaning industry, those who had a

truck-mount machine did not use this machine to its full multipurpose capacity. We decided to combine our skills and passions, mine in admin, accounts, leadership, customer service and love of our plant and his in Operations and Health and Safety.

We derived at 360 Clean Property Service, for us 360 circumferences multiple services and it includes our core values which are:

· Customer focused

· Well-constructed services at competitive prices

· Our pride in professionalism and education of ourselves and customers.

· Sustainability and an eco-friendly mind-set are important, especially relating to the equipment, tools and products we purchase and use.

In 2016 Richard's mother was unfortunate diagnosed with Cancer, we sold our business in Australia and moved back to NZ to spend the final 9 months with her. Living in Wanaka, we observed that Wanaka did not have the 360 Clean concept and we finally after 4 years decided to re-start up 360 Clean Property Service here in stunning NZ.

We are led by visually stunning results and importantly compassion for ourselves, clients

and mother earth.

company?

Jenni-Lyn Nolan: Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, Mattress cleaning, Odour and

Stain removal, Pest Control, Covid-19 decontamination disinfection service, High Pressure

cleaning, Tile and grout cleaning , Heat pump cleaning and Flood Restoration. We provide

these services with package deals at discounted prices for Residential and Commercial

Properties.
