Iftikar Ahmed: During my carrier I noticed that construction industry is very unprofessional in planning and designs. With improper planning it’s likely to increase the construction cost. Most of people construct the buildings without professional structural design which leads to end up with loss to life and property. So I decided to build a complete construction consultancy company where my services can be opt by single house owner to high end builders.

Iftikar Ahmed: We provide Structural design and drawings for RCC, Steel & PEB Structures. We also provide construction management consultancy services for Residential, Commercial & Industrial Projects.

Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?
Iftikar Ahmed: It was in 2015 I started my company IFFI Group with 1 project in hand, my first 6 months were challenging to me as I didn’t had enough projects whereas I was new to the city but I kept enough patience and started working hard towards my dream, later it started to grow gradually only with reference. I started building my team with best, smart and professional engineers. By grace of God within a couple of years we completed more than 200 projects. Our client base was not only limited to Bangalore but also we use to get clients throughout Karnataka and neighboring states.

successful business?
Iftikar Ahmed: One should have a patience and dedication towards his business model. I strongly believe for a successful business require successful network.
