Great Companies: What are the various services and products that you provide? Harshit Patwari: We provide Branding solutions,Signage and Graphics for the facilities and Brand Implementation programs. Great Companies: How do you ensure the efficiency of your work? Harshit Patwari: We believe in providing solutions to our clients by adding value to their brand. We are very sensitive about using their brand identity in their own interests. By doing so we become the brand custodians for our customers and ensure efficiency prevails. We strongly believe efficiency comes once you have ownership.  Great Companies:  Why do your customers select you over your competitors? Harshit Patwari: We are called as Brand Custodians which gives us an edge when we handle our customer's brand. We strongly believe that a brand is a matter of reputation to our customers and we become very fragile while handling the same. This builds trust in our customers where we partner in their growth than just being a vendor or service provider. 

Great Companies:  What are the major issues faced while running this business? Harshit Patwari: Issues are a part and parcel of business. To run a strong and successful business if you do not have any issues then its plain bread and butter. Plain bread and butter is good but you need spice in life to taste a greater good. In general highly skilled people are limited in this field and this leads to a shortage in delivering what we promise. Hence this is a major issue which is faced while running this business.   Great Companies:  What led you to this field? Harshit Patwari: I was a Cloth merchant earlier and was doing good in that field. When i realized that the brand companies where not focusing more on their brand and relayed only on mouth 2 mouth advertisement - i realized a big vacuum in this space. Even after advertisement when they gave very less detail on their brand identity thats where I found a gap and wanted to plug it by realizing the importance of brand and placing Brand to the level of reputation.
