Great Companies: Please tell me something about the business and how did you come up with such an idea? Hannah Xu: 360 Kick provides martial arts programmes to professional/business environment to help people release stress, feel energized and maintain good mental health. The business started from a community project where we bring taekwondo to healthcare professionals (one of the profession in the UK has high rate of suicide and mental health issues). Also my former profession was an accountant, I understand the high pressure of the nature of the work, I have decided to take 360 Kick on as a business that provides martial arts programmes to professionals who work in high pressure environment that can benefit their mental health. The aim is to create empowering and happier workplace environment for people to go to work. Great Companies: What are the various services and products provided by your company? I also have a professional background in accounting, so I understood the lifestyle and challenges they are dealing with. Also I have been studying Reiki and mindfulness, which I bring mindfulness element to my martial arts teaching, to help people feel in harmony with their body and emotions, feel energized and happier.
