GS Kumar: Many Job seekers were struggling to get into jobs , because they were applying to advertised jobs which is only 10-20% of the total job market, and as a recruiter i was aware that this isn't the right method of job search, because most of the jobs are hidden(70-80% ) , then i created a USP of developing interviews by boosting Naukri.com and LinkedIn

My personal Experience of Recruitment and Corporate Hiring for about 12 years ,helps me to help working professionals who are struggling in resume development, Interviews , getting consultation on the right job.
