Gibin V Kurian: I was previously abroad for a period and immediately started thinking of why we should make a change in our home country. Started searching for my dreams and finally up here.

Gibin V Kurian: We basically in UK nursing placement consulting and building construction field in the industry.

Gibin V Kurian: I had a clear picture of how to enter into the market and how to catch the market. No I created my own place among our competitors.
Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?
Gibin V Kurian: First one was entering into the market because of investment we have to make. Then about when we make a stand in the market. Now we have our own market.
Great Companies: What do you think are the few main things which are most important for a successful business?
Gibin V Kurian: In my experience its hardworking and positive attitude towards struggles coming to us is more important. Learn from our losses, make it a step, never stop for anybody.
