Geeta Chhugani: I come from HR background, and keeping employees happy has always been my moto. Salary is not the only motivation.Team building assignments, Small appreciation gifts and Certificates boast their morale. Geeta Chhugani: Hiring employees, Vendor Management, Website Maintenance & Supply chain process.. Starting a company is not about a one man show. Its about having different roles under one head. No one wants to trust you, if you are alone. To convince a person to join u, as a team; or a client to take your product; be it vendors. Each step is a struggle. Some have faith in you. And that's when you start to grow.

Geeta Chhugani: Hire a team & move forward. My mission is to get online and offline shops to get corporate gifts under one roof. In next 5 years, Having at-least 2 setups in different cities.
