We immediately – in the early days of the pandemic – transitioned from office to home office as a way of not exposing the team. This model proved to be more agile and cost-effective; within a few months, both workflow and the team sized tripled. We also learned the value of listening and combining the diverse experiences – both personal and professional – of our team to achieve results Much greater than the sum of its parts.
