How you innovated or reinvented yourself or your business during the pandemic, the economic ups and downs, or other challenges?
During the pandemic, we were absolutely clear that we wont be either removing our staff or deduct their salaries and for the same to happen, constant flow of revenue was absolutely necessary. For the same, we adapted ourselves quickly to the changing needs of the market for advertising & branding. We invested heavily in technology and instead of serving only 3 cities where we had our physical office presence, we switched to a PAN India agency. We increase our team strength from 28 to 90, vendor strength from 250 to 5000, increased services in our portfolio from 20 to 500 to be able to cater to requirements from clients across India. This helped and today 70% of our clientele are from the cities we are not physically present. Since pandemic, we hav grown our business to 5x.
