Evolve brands engage with brands in consulting and execution with their channel partners and influencers through a long term loyalty program using technology to enroll these partners, engage with them to report the sales and run campaigns to cross and upsell with in SKU. Points are awarded for all reported sales which can be redeemed against gifts, vouchers, foreign trips or bank account transfer. They currently run such programs across India for various segments.

They provide integrated marketing solutions to clients from Direct Marketing, Contact Canter, Activations to CRM and Loyalty solutions.

Most of our projects today are retainer based CRM and Loyalty Programs for B2B, B2I and B2C community. B2B being Channel and Retailer loyalty programs, B2I being Influencers- Architect, Plumbers, Carpenters, Technicians, Electricians etc. and B2C being End Customers. They provide end to end solutions right from conceptualization and strategy to implementation and execution with all support items included in it e.g. creatives, mobile application, CRM Engine, campaign management, redemption tools and last mile execution with recorded proof of delivery.

The solutions are today scalable and automated and use all the possible response mechanisms like QR Code, Bar Code, SMS, Mobile response, Missed call etc. they also use Power Bi for the analytics of the large sales and transactional database which we collect through secured environment and use predictive tools and gap analysis to identify the gaps to increase connect and engage with the right target audience to increase sales. They work on a retainer model with 75%+ revenues are generated from regular monthly retainer. Other than that their revenue model also constitutes of a pay-out fee (redemptions executed on the sales reported by the target audience). The fees generally range from 3-7% depending on the client requirement and role. They clocked a pay-out of 60Cr+ of redemptions – ranging from white goods, E-vouchers, Account Transfer, Paytm transfer etc.

Since the CRM and Loyalty solutions have a long gestation period and are a long term marketing investment for the client, they end up meeting with the entire marketing team and the senior management; they end up providing them with a lot of other marketing activities. Also CRM and Loyalty program also constitutes of Direct Marketing, Contact Canter, Events and Activation, Loyalty Engine and Point disbursement, Redemption and Campaign management along with MIS reports and other tools required to improve the loyalty engagement. They act as a support system to their sales and marketing teams to increase connect with the Channel partners, Influencers and Customers.
