No Frames is a reputation-based company; the brand has been built on relationships and an uncompromising commitment to delivering on the promises made to clients, colleagues, and projects embarked upon. As a company, No Frames is easy-going, agile, and transparent, which has afforded a long journey in this industry.

Challenges Faced During the Journey

There are so many obstacles in any type of business, all of which have applied at some point and time. Every day and with each new endeavor or opportunity, it's important to stay focused, motivated, and on track, which as an entrepreneur can be very challenging at times. Self-motivation to keep progressing, ideating, managing teams, and building opportunity when there's nothing inherently obvious in front of one is probably, in my opinion, the biggest struggle to overcome. There will always be competition and logistical challenges, but I see these things as everyday realities instead of obstacles.

Advice for Women Entrepreneurs:

To young women entrepreneurs, Erin Judd would say, first and foremost, congratulations for making a bold and empowered choice. Erin Judd would follow up with saying that when facing hardship (which is inevitable), take a moment to regroup, recover, and then keep going.
