Dr Raja Rachuri: HERBZ USP is all 4 Assortments under one roof and the treatment is end to end , which means from Diagnosis to Cure and it's all done in a natural way, infact most of our treatment is done without medicines.
Great Companies: What were the struggles and challenges you faced and how did you overcome them?
Dr Raja Rachuri: I'm the first generation businessman and lot of resistance from the family to start the business However when we started growing year on year then they all got convinced about the business model & Succes of the same.
Initially we started this business as a Distribution house so we faced huge market outstanding and bad debts , Offlate we consolidated our business completely as Retail.
Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for Herbz Life Retail Pvt Ltd ?
Dr Raja Rachuri: We are currently offering Franchisee under ( FOFO Model (Franchisee owned & Franchisee operated) we have a target of 100 franchisee outlets in South India and to achieve 50 crores 3 to 5 years down the line.

Dr Raja Rachuri : I strongly recommend new starters to have complete understanding about the market & Potential of their product & services, Market research is the key for Success of any enterprise, equally understanding about the competition and a clear USP statement which steal the show.
