Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business?
DINESH B THACKER: Establishment: - in 1971 our firm started in Bhuj named as “DINESHKUMAR MANSUKHLAL AND BROTHERS” Which is still running successfully as a parent company.
Our firm is known for manufacturer representative and agency hub and also known for fire crackers dealer. We worked with many multinational companies of fast moving consumer goods and pharma companies like Procter and Gamble, Heinz India, Hindustan Pencils, union carbide, Eveready products, Glaxo pharma, Wood ward’s , Ttk pharma, and many other companies.
Great Companies: What are the various services provided by LAKSHYRAJ QUALITY PRODUCTS PVT LTD?
DINESH B THACKER: Later in 2000’s decade we decided to establish our own brand so in 2008 we applied for “LAKSHYRAJ QUALITY PRODUCT” under the firm name “SANJEEVNI TRADE CHEM GRUH UDHYOG”. In which we started manufacturing white cleaner, liquid soap, liquid detergent, toilet cleaner, agarbatties etc.
Great Companies: What makes LAKSHYRAJ QUALITY PRODUCTS PVT LTD different from hundreds of other similar service providers?
DINESH B THACKER: With our vision and hard work in just few years we became a very successful brand in our territory, so we expanded our business with the name of “SANJEEVNI TRADE CHEM” in the year of 2016 with proprietor firm. Once again with our vision and dedicated hard work our brand “LAKSHYRAJ QUALITY PRODUCT” became more popular and trustworthy brand in our territory.
After that we received many repeat orders from our customers under the brand name of “LAKSHYRAJ QUALITY PRODUCT”. In 2020 when entire world hit by covid 19 virus and recession in all industries at that time our daily production capacity was around 3000 liters & it was running smoothly. During covid time we have received many orders via different market place like Amazon & Flipkart with maximum positive reviews from our buyers.
Great Companies: What were the struggles and challenges you faced and how did you overcome them?
DINESH B THACKER: In mid-2021, we “LAKSHYRAJ QUALITY PRODUCT” faced a shortage of production and we were not able to fulfill customer’s order as our production capacity was only 3000 liters per day and orders, we received was 4500 to 5000 liters per day.
To fulfill customer’s demand and maintain their trust in our brand we decided to expand our production & we established our new factory with the capacity of 9,000 liters production per day. We register our brand “LAKSHYRAJ QUALITY PRODUCT” as a private limited company named “LAKSHYRAJ QUALITY PRODUCTS PVT. LTD”. We have created our own supply chain in various states of India.
Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for LAKSHYRAJ QUALITY PRODUCTS PVT LTD?
DINESH B THACKER: Our main vision is women empowerment and give quality products to customers in a reasonable rate. With following our vision of “women empowerment” we have employed 90% women in our company.
We also aim to supply our products in all states of India & globally too & we’re also looking forward to work with a different company which has good ethics and in-depth knowledge of customer needs along with better market research.
