Great Companies: Please tell me something about the business and how did you come up with such an idea?

Deepti Gehani: Most of the organizations within the industry merely are focused on selling, and there is a huge lag when it comes to after sales or providing comprehensive one stop service. At Homes 4 Life, we cater this problem by setting up 4 different SBUs that involves Offplan Sales, Ready Sales, Leasing and Property Management Services wherein any client who initiates a purchase of a property remains with us for longer term as he or she gets one stop property solutions.

Deepti Gehani: Real Estate industry is highly competitive, and with Dubai being a diversified market attracts investors and residents from all over the world. Catering to the preferences, linguistics, norms and expectations from multi-cultural environment is one of the biggest challenge for all businesses. Then, the concept of after sales and client retention strategy is something that has been missing out for long because of the influx of investors.

Great Companies: What do you think are the few main things which are most important for a successful business?

Deepti Gehani: Focusing on client requirement rather than selling the inventory that you have is one of the core thing that has to be focused upon to be successful in business. Real Estate is a highly-complex industry, Only 7% people in the world purchase property more than once in their life. Hence, to be at this level, it is important that product knowledge is suffice, presentation skills are well versed and negotiation has to be at the best level to ensure a closure.
