Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?

Daniel Satyapal: I have faced many challenges in the beginning when I first started this company. Big challenge was finance. I just had one lac rupees in my bank when I started this company. No office, nothing. To get an office on rent also it was so difficult. I took a small office on sharing basis with my friend and hired two employees who were my childhood friends with 8k salary. Two months passed but no client no work and had little money remaining. Then I decided to work in a company but my company will go on. I used to work for the entire day in the other company and at the end of the day after leaving that company office I used to immediately rush to my company office and check what work my two employees did. Their report and also used to distribute work for them for the next day. For six months there were no clients nor any business but I never gave up. I used to train my employees how to get clients how to generate leads etc. I used to work for 16 hours a day. And one fine day I got client and project. And I impressed my client with excellent work which I did my self to impress them and got very good feedback. Since then I din faced any big problem, everything is going fantastic by God's Grace.

Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?

Daniel Satyapal: Just believe in yourself, don't give up. And very important financially you should be strong. If financially you are strong then you can easily run the company. You can buy job portals which is very important for Recruitment industry to find candidates. Also be polite and good to clients and candidates. If they are happy they will always recommend your company to their friends etc. With reference you will get lots of Business as I got till today. Good Luck.
