Codewave has an innovative culture, a culture of "Self Management". We have been running democratically with "participative leadership" - with people taking ownership and building the company. All management practices are grounded on trust & common sense. Traditionally at Codewave, noone has an actual title, it is everyone's job to be creative. Apart from being a Digital-transformation services company, we have built our own Innovative products involving Gen AI (Datacat, StoryMetrics, Timely, Glue). We have also productized our culture, to help other orgs become self managed. We've done all this without spending millions on Ads, growing organically over 10 years and becoming a pioneer in India to productize self management.

Founder's experience and background
Vidhya Abhijith, is a Project Management Institute (PMI's) Future 50 honoree and an alumni of IIM - B's Management Program for Women Entrepreneurs, and NIT - Jaipur. Vidhya is PwC & CII’s Top 100 Women in Innovation in India. She comes from a Product Management background, with over a decade of experience in the IT industry, serving many roles in Tech, Product and Design. She has a decade of experience as an Entrepreneur, now heads Design Thinking at Codewave, and also serves as a UX Faculty at Business schools for Foundery.in, Codewave's sister company. She actively evangelizes self management, and has designed the culture at Codewave, applying design thinking and empathizing with employees. She has helped 100+ Startups on their journey to become scaleups, and helped groom the next generation of entrepreneurs. She has delivered several talks addressing the next generation of innovators at prestigious institutions like IIT Madras, VIT and others.
