Chirag Patel: While working in SME organization, i came across the typical situation where SME Entrepreneurs get stuck after a certain level of Business Growth.
After this insight, I have conducted Research on 250+ SME Entrepreneurs on all the possible reasons they get stuck.
89% of the SME Entrepreneurs have admitted that they get stuck because there is no one in their organization who can direct them as well as support in the implementation of Strategy which is the pain of SMEs because of Multiple reasons like lack of having Brainy Team, Self Exposure and Traditional Mindsets.
From this Research, we had found the idea of serving to SMEs for their pain area of Strategy Implementation.

(b) Working with a ground-level team of SMEs was a next-level challenge as they have completely different issues that cant be understood in Board Room Meeting.

Chirag Patel: We wish to expand our Organization through Franchise Network across India within next 5 Years and wish to transform 10,000 Business / Organizations to help them to build and sustain the Strategy for Next Level of Growth.
