We Charviks Production Private Limited is a Mumbai based production, distribution and syndication company focused on regional content from all over India. With a collective experience of over 40 years, the management team brings to the table the experience of working with a variety of content owners and platforms across 6 continents and 48 countries. We have a very good understanding of how the world is evolving to new forms of content creation, content distribution and content consumption. Global syndication across cable, satellite, digital currently thrives on Bollywood content while India generates 20 times more content than Bollywood across the regional languages. Charviks focuses on getting the regional content distributed across conventional and digital markets, domestic as well as international. We currently have over 500+ movies across 8 languages and are currently adding a lot more content across 4 other languages that can be consumed as available or dubbed in local / Hindi languages/ as we as Marathi, Bhojpuri, Hindi, Gujrathi, Bangali and other regional languages too.

What challenges have you overcome to reach where you are now

No support, emotional, financial, moral, I started this business with my own I left my husband's house with 1 year old kid in 2016, my business partners bettryed me and left me alone with loans on head. Throne me out from the project for which I got finance and the project too. I went through bad phase of my life then, I worked in one of my clients office he didn't paid even a single rupee for more than 6 months, almost for one year I tried hard to retain into business. With all family issues and financial deapth I fought with the situation was earning hardly 70 to 80 thousand commission those days but I kept going and the result is now in 2018 my company turnover was around 1 cr and this year will cross that also. 2016/17 was stressedfull years in 2018 I lost my dad, but then too I was foucused on my work and achivied what I wanted to it from so many years. It took me 4 long years to keep myself motivated as I wasn't having any emotional or financial support being single mom of 5 years old with all family conditions I achivied what I wanted.

What message you want to give for other aspiring women entrepreneurs

Every woman is beautiful and powerful in her own ways only she should realize her strength. If she decides she can be queen of her own castle. I believe in helping and motivating other women. So that our nation will get more and more powerful women's

To what do you attribute your success

To my mom & dad and my kid and last but not in the list love of my life who was there in my hard times.
