Great Companies: Please tell me something about the business and how did you come up with such an idea?

Brandon Rost: An entrepreneur at heart with a passion for marketing, I saw the opportunity to offer expertise in digital marketing back in 2008 when social media was becoming an evolving marketing medium. Since that time, beMarketing has become one of Montgomery County’s fastest growing Digital Marketing Agencies.

Brandon Rost: Our firm is a comprehensive digital marketing agency offering both online and offline services which include, but are not limited to: website design and hosting, social media marketing, search engine optimization, branding and strategy, graphic design, promotional marketing and media buying. We represent clients in various industries including Hospitality, Home Services, Automotive, Education, Healthcare, and Non-Profit. This list is consistently growing, mainly through satisfied clients who recommend our services.

Brandon Rost:

Simply put, we care about our clients and their success. We have one of the highest retention rates in our space and I attribute that to our results driven approach to revenue generation for each and every client we represent.

Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?

Brandon Rost: Our biggest challenge currently is a great one; we are growing at a fast pace, having increased our revenue by 213% in the last three years. I am focused on growing the business while maintaining our high-quality standards that make us who we are.

Great Companies: What do you think are the few main things which are most important for a successful business?

Brandon Rost: Relationships are key. beMarketing has been built on our connections and how we’ve been able to continue to develop new partnerships through current clients and networking opportunities, now nation-wide. The results are proven as our business continues to grow.

I also believe that your people make your business. Hire good people and give them the tools and space to do their jobs. Diversity in experience leads to new ideas and innovative approaches to the work.

Finally, I do believe that successful businesses are led by leaders who lead by example and lean in to calculated risks. As a business owner, I’ve learned from the experiences I’ve had building beMarketing and continue to build the company on the pillars of my beliefs that have gotten us to where we are today.
