Ben Robertson: Menadena is an independent agent for marketing and communications technology to enable great customer experiences. We help you generate leads, improve conversion rates, and win loyalty.
Great Companies: What makes Menadena different from hundreds of other Digital Marketing firms?
Ben Robertson:
We identified a gap between digital marketing and communications technology for businesses that serve their customers by phone. We serve e-commerce customers where the goal is to optimize the sales funnel to generate more online sales. But for phone sales, we found most businesses are not thinking like this. A customer calls, listens to a recording, waits 30 seconds, and then gets dropped to voicemail. We can improve that experience by having a live person pick up the phone within 2-3 rings. The result is better conversion rates and happier customers. Technology presents many opportunities and pitfalls. By focusing on how technology impacts the customer’s digital journey we improve the customer experience.

Ben Robertson: We focus on the customer experience stack which includes websites, digital marketing, internet and phones, contact center, and live reception. Menadena provides these services as an authorized agent with a portfolio of more than 200 leading service suppliers.

Ben Robertson: We expect to grow our business by serving our customers with technologies including conversational AI.

Ben Robertson: Understand your strategy and build a business that you enjoy with people you like and respect. Be flexible and adaptable. Focus on cash flow and margins.
