Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business?
Balaji Jayaraj : Spatikam Overseas Education Training and Consultancy is my another venture promoting overseas education. I meet lot of candidates from India who wish to pursue their education abroad.
When I meet the candidates, from my international qualifications and experiences I felt there was a necessity for many candidates to develop themselves Personally before they travel to another country and at the same time the other countries pattern of education method is completely different from Indian method. To put all together from my MBA Global Business from Coventry University London Campus, UK 🇬🇧 I got first hand knowledge about how this Personal and Professional Development is important for a person.
So, when the candidates come to me with passion to study abroad. I suggest them to focus on their Self Development before they take up the course abroad. Unfortunately, during those times (2012-2014) none of the candidates here in Tamil Nadu, India were not interested with my idea, their primary aim is to get offer letter from abroad universities and travel there straight and begin their course of study.
Later, in the year 2016 after my second Masters Degree MSc in Management Practice with Dublin Business School, Ireland 🇮🇪 Myself started begin active on social media posting the importance of Personal and Professional Development. Later in the year 2017, I started to get candidates who are really serious in developing themselves. From then I started to structure the training program for the candidates and post every progress of the candidates on social media.
Then in the start of 2018 I branded it as BJ360 Personal and Professional Development. In October 2018 as part of PhD program I took part in CIPD, London, UK🇬🇧Conference. Before my travel I informed Coventry University London Campus tutor Carole Still about my arrival to London at the same time I told her I will be happy to do BJ360 LOGO launch event at Coventry University London Campus, Enterprise Hub she agreed and at the same she critically analyse the training was doing for the candidates via email and made few changes of training program. Finally, the BJ360 Logo was officially launched by Carole Still on 17th October 2018.

BJ360 uniqueness is to focus the training program on a one to one basis to the candidates. Every candidate will be focused personally and groomed. Since every candidate come from a different background and culture we feel special one to one only can give the candidates the quality training.
The Action and Social based training method is the key uniqueness of BJ360. Where the candidates will be taken to the real world and do the designed activities and learn from the real word challenges and problem.

Balaji Jayaraj : Being an Entrepreneur sustaining the brand is the key challenge. In the start of BJ360 brand I was going on the flow later after meeting few experts and from the personal experience I came to know I need to focus on begin patience and plan ahead for any uncertainty. Still I am facing the challenges but I am learn from every challenges and problems to enhance my brand BJ360.
