Arun V S: We are Firm with a vision "Detailing Law to the Society". The team at LVI Attorneys LLP are a group of lawyers with expertise in diversified fields of law and do provide legal consultancy, litigation support (Civil and Criminal), documentation for corporate transactions, due diligence (Property and Company), legal aid to the needy, liasoning for corporates, legal compliance consultancies, policy framing in energy sector industries, etc.
Great Companies: How do you ensure the efficiency of your work?
Arun V S: Hard work, team buildup, proper delegation of work, sharing experiences, bring on board people with zeal to learn, proper communication, appreciation of work when required, motivating the team to venture new horizons, time bound operations, multi level checks so that the result is to the mark as required by the Client. I have cared for this firm like my own baby and would do anything to ensure its integrity. Efficiency comes when you are sure about what you have to offer to your clients, which is done in good faith and on time, therefore, I make sure that I fulfil what I commit to the best of my efforts. I continuously motivate my team and we also gift ourselves a little relaxation time when we feel stressed out and start our work fresh.

Arun V S: The answer to this would be that we do not believe in the stereotype way of working, we do hire fresh graduates from law schools throughout the country, and try to guide then to be a good professional with ethics and skills, as we believe in making a team that is ready to give what is takes to be an outstanding lawyer with a stint of out of the box thinking in a world like today’s. As we strive to achieve what committed, client satisfaction is our topmost priority. Great Companies: What are the major issues faced while running this business?
Arun V S: What I feel the major issue for me is that managing the corporate and litigation departments toe-to-toe. You have give up on rest, as it becomes a continuous on going process to manage family and business together especially when you have a daughter who is just entering teenage. Living up to her expectations, giving her time when she needs me, most importantly realising by myself when she needs me, happens only when you can clear the clouds of that constant business pressure by proper management and efficient team. it becomes difficult being in meetings, sitting across a party or with a client who is not dealing in good faith and then making a decision as to which side you want to pick up and fight in that Hon’ble Court which is meant for true justice is a task to get over and here your experience and ethics come in play. These issues and drawbacks what we experience should be lessons to deal with similar situations.

Arun V S: Passion & dream is what makes a person lead himself too do what he does the best in the professional front. For me personally I got my way from my Dad's dream that his son would one day become a lawyer and would practice at the Court where he spent his major professional career. Once I started the profession with vivid experiences and with the need of the hour to cater clients, who were finding solutions for their issues from other cities made me realise the need of starting this venture at my native place at Jaipur, Rajasthan, which has now become my passion. Now we are supporting businesses across the state and are helping them expand, supporting my passion with helping other achieve theirs.
