What challenges have you overcome to reach where you are now
Getting the confidence of all stakeholders with a woman leading was an uphill battle. Also had to overcome a lot of personal family struggles to navigate to this stage. One of the biggest battle, I had to fight was my own internal fears after failing a couple of times in the startup
What message you want to give for other aspiring women entrepreneurs
Never quit. Have an experimental growth mindset. Like Nelson Mandela said, You either WIN or you LEARN. With the learnings, bounce back - bigger and better
To what do you attribute your success
Besides Resilience and Grit, I think its the self-care practices for mental, physical and emotional well-being that has attributed for my success
