Andrew Holloway: Holloway Removals began over 10 years ago when founder, Andy Holloway, began moving his drum kit across local Bondi. Andy discovered the need for a sophisticated transport company that offered it all and since then Holloway has grown to epic proportions with over 15 trucks, 10,000 customers and four secure storage warehouses - and we’re still counting.

Great Companies: What are the various services and products provided by your company?

Andrew Holloway: Self Storage, Business Relocation, Office Relocation, Warehousing, 3PL, Events and Expos Logistics, FFE, Furniture Removalists & Logistics, Property Styling Logistics, Sensitive Freight, Rubbish Removal, House Removalist, Interstate Removalists, Premium Removalist Service, Mobile Self Storage, Art and Antiques, Over-sized Items, Moving Boxes, Hire Removalists Crates & Skates, Pack and Wrap, Residential Rubbish Removals and more.

Great Companies: Why should one choose you over others in this field?

Andrew Holloway: Simple put - The Holloway way puts us above the rest! No job is too big or too small, as we always go above and beyond for our customers to ensure the service they want is the service they get. At Holloway we understand that excellent customer service is more than what you say and do for the customer. It also means giving customers a chance to make their feelings known. We are cultivators of client trust and we always strive to outdo ourselves at every job, it's just the Holloway way.

Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?

Andrew Holloway: There is a lot of competition in the removals and storage industry which means we have to think smart and act fast, remain relevant, be innovative and stand out among the rest.

Great Companies: What do you think are the few main things which are most important for a successful business?

Andrew Holloway:

1. Always appreciate and value your customers, otherwise someone else will.

2. Positive work environment and culture will make for productive and happy employees.

3. Think smart and move fast, in an ever changing industry this is key to success.
