Andrea Navarrete: First Rate Plumbing, Heating and Cooling went into business in June2019. First Rate acquired Desert Suns Heating and Cooling in January 2020. Desert Suns is a company that had great brand recognition in the community and had been in business for 20 years prior to being acquired. We are different because we hire tenured employees, we are constantly training, we are happy and thankful to have customers therefore we show it with our great customer service. A customer has many companies to choose from, we want to be sure that our service is memorable and the best in home service experience a customer has ever come across. We also background check and drug test our employees as well as ensure they are licensed or on the path to get licensed.

Andrea Navarrete: We provide in home repair work on Plumbing, Heating and Cooling. We also specialize in Heating and Cooling equipment replacement as well as plumbing re-pipes.
