Abhishek Shrivastava: We have a complete product management ERP setup & me & my brother we both personally involved into the product management and delivery process & check each and every sample of Bags produced & printed.

Abhishek Shrivastava: Customers select us because we provide on time delivery & perfection on the product.
Great Companies: What are the major issues faced while running this business
Abhishek Shrivastava: This business is probably small ticket size business in terms of the financial and our major target market is retails and whole sellers which have multiple options to select if you are lacking in any where either it is time or delivery or product quality they will switch to other vendor, so that is the major issue we faced and we are 85%-90% over come that issue.

Abhishek Shrivastava: It comes in the go green scheme of Govt Of India and I have faced several times the issue of packaging all across so I though to setup a packaging industry in my native place where we have to buy the products from outside and then I search of the options in packaging industries and found this Non Woven Bags business is emerging idea to start with and we did that 1.5 yrs back
