Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business?

Aayush Aggarwal: With a rich corporate experience in the IT sector, I knew finding new talent is always a challenge for companies, especially for small to medium-sized enterprises. Among other factors, the main factor which acted as a driving force for me was the chance to increase my engagement with small to medium-sized enterprises which are the true backbone of the Indian economy, and act as a flag bearer for the new age “Aatma Nirbhar Bharat” and help them scale their ventures by helping them connect with the appropriate talent which they require.


Great Companies: What are the various services provided by Aggarwal Consultancy Services?

Aayush Aggarwal: We are an integrated human resources services company, with a commitment to providing people, and people-related services to enhance the net worth of an organization’s human capital. We help companies solve their recruitment problems by finding high-quality talent to help them realize their objectives and business goals. Currently, we are handling various positions in the corporate world including IT and non-IT positions, and helping our clients in closing positions across all levels including leadership roles.


Great Companies: What makes Aggarwal Consultancy Services from hundreds of other similar service providers?

Aayush Aggarwal:

When it comes to building productive relationships, we always abide by words spoken by Stephen R. Covey “Trust is the glue of life. It’s the most essential ingredient in effective communication. It’s the foundational principle that holds all relationships”. We believe in generating credibility and always helping out our clients and thus, reach the benchmark of 100% client satisfaction.


Great Companies: What were the struggles and challenges you faced and how did you overcome them?

Aayush Aggarwal: Initial period was challenging as it was very tough to get the first few clients onboard with us. Generally, clients take interest in reputed or trusted brands. To get a trusted client you need to hustle a lot initially with small startups as you get a chance to learn a lot about the market and understand the dynamics. But, at the same time, it was quite a learning experience too. With perseverance and with excellent client service, we are now a recruitment partner with some of the major brands in the industry and have also partnered with promising startups and continue to deliver top-notch results. Startups and medium enterprises remain our key focus areas. So yeah, it had its own share of ups and downs but things have turned out quite well, and each passing day is better than the previous one.


Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What do 5 years down the line look like for Aggarwal Consultancy Services?

Aayush Aggarwal: The upcoming 5 years will see us expanding our team in order to serve more clients and in a more efficient manner, among other things. We are also looking forward to extending our services to international brands.


Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice for someone just starting out, what would it be?

Aayush Aggarwal: Having a vision is really important. Don’t be afraid of any failure or any kind of hustle in life.


Think of every opportunity as your canvas and paint it the way you want to and always remember the words said by Steve Jobs, “The people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do”.
