Great Companies: Please tell me something about the business and how did you come up with such an idea? Aaron Lewis: The business utilizes high end technology customized to suit the everyday person wishing to achieve goal. We wanted ti build a facility that would allow us to be able to provide a wholly inclusive treatment program designed to achieve the goals that had been set - we previously had been bound by small bed spaces and lackluster use of technology without framework. We have provided the framework and the physical resources required for you to #beabetteryou.

Great Companies: What are the various services and products provided by your company? Aaron Lewis: Our primary service is physiotherapy but we believe in team based approach to healthcare - even in a clinical situation and have great Exercise Physiologists, massage therapists, podiatrist and specialized doctors on site.

Aaron Lewis: We get results and are accountable to results. our key KPI is what we call the Green discharge which requires us to set a meaningful goal and reduce all the barriers to achieving it. Our High Performance system is based around unlimited access to whatever resources are required to achieve that goal. We have one leader for your goal but a team of experts to execute it.

Aaron Lewis: Creating a new model based around active care, and goal setting, which although we know it works, it can be challenging to execute when there are so many lifestyle barriers in the way.
