What challenges have you overcome to reach where you are now
It was tough in begining to counsil people for their own health how changing the spproach towards food can lead them to a healthy body mind and soul. Scientifically and customised planned diet and nutrition can reverse all lifestyle diseases. There were no clinics of dietitians-nutritionist it was new for people to plan their food scientifically , mostly people think they can get the results frrom google diets they dont understant why scientifically planned diets and a holistic way is important for healthy life.
What message you want to give for other aspiring women entrepreneurs
Its true just believe in yourself and do it “If my mind can conceive it, and my heart can believe it - then I can achieve it.”
To what do you attribute your success
To my family my son, husband, my parents, my brother and his family and to the strength and willingness i had, i have to do to help myself and others.
