Interview of Mr.Pankaj Saini Founder of LK InfoTech Pvt Ltd

Interviewer: What advice would you give to the budding entrepreneurs and small business corporations so they can grow?

Mr. Pankaj Saini: Well, it all depends on the nature of their business. If you’re selling a product in the market, then it becomes important for you to know a multitude of things, including:

  • To begin with, do some brainstorming with the ideas you want to execute for your business

  • Examine everything about the market cautiously.

  • Don’t rush into things but make sure you learn from mistakes rather then quit.

  • Last but certainly not least, adopt all you can while you can to reach maximum target audience

Never compromise with after sale service and hope to establish a lasting association with your customers. Ensure you work smartly on strategies. Challenges are ready on every step but do your best and keep moving forward and the things will be perfect.

Interviewer: How did you get the idea for LK Infotech? What was the process behind the creation of this company?

Mr. Pankaj Saini: After getting inspired from top IT companies I’ve decided to start my own IT company in 2015 i.e. “LK Infotech”. It’s a software development with an objective to provide top class software product to our clients including analysis, design, implementation, customization, testing, project planning, project management, using latest technologies.

Our mission is to promote the “Make in India” and “Digital India” and increase the employment in India and we are moving ahead in this mission.

Interviewer: What steps did you take to make your company stand out from the competition?

Mr. Pankaj Sahni: No doubt it is a competitive world out there. Competition is there in every field you could possibly think of. We left no stone unturned when it came to delivering superior quality services at affordable rates. After Sales Service is the core of our company that helps us to thrive even when the economy goes down or suffers a setback. However, we strongly feel that learning is a never-ending process, so we are still learning from the IT market as it poses a new challenge to us everyday. We always try to provide quality beyond the customer expectations or you can say our main objective is “total satisfaction of our customers”.

Interviewer: How did you manage to scale heights of success in such a short span of time?

Mr. Pankaj Saini: In today’s digital world Digital Marketing playing the key role and specially Social Media. You not only generate more business but also able to connect with your customer and serve them on high satisfaction level. This also makes your digital marketing easier and profitable.

Now we also have our software product i.e. “School Management Software” and we are serving more than 90 educational institutions globally that rely on our unique software to achieve the desired result. And we owe our success to this software. While hard work has its own importance, you need to be sharp at what you do.
