Vishal Sam Varghese: The concept for the business evolved as a result of work experience and thought process. I wanted to deliver Good to my society by addressing a problem with a technology driven solution.

Vishal Sam Varghese: Yes sure, running a business is not Free from struggles and challenges. Instead it’s a part of everyday business. The laws and the Taxes change. The employees change. Still we are supposed to guarantee the result to the customers intact. The Quality and Quantity need to be maintained. Employee retention is what is to be looked at, to solve such adversities. Regular meetings and pooling sections with the staff and customers are advisable.

Vishal Sam Varghese: We have several growth plans along with our day-to-day business running. Growing our business globally is one. Learning and adapting to changing digital platforms and optimisation to maintain our Leadership is second.
Five years down the line for Outshine®, our plan is to be recognised and handle marketing for the global leading business houses on an International Level.
