Challenges Faced During The Journey:

According to Miss Varsha Madhyan, she first started hosting people in February 2020 without any idea of what was coming and soon in March, the pandemic hit us. She was concerned as the company was a hospitality venture that needed people to be physically present but the borders were closed for people to enter due to lockdown.

So, she started focusing on people inside Goa. However, at that point in time, she realised that a lot of people were getting fired or furloughed and couldn’t afford the rent while the borders were still shut. As a result, she focused on those and helped them survive while they helped the business sustain at the crucial time and since then, she has focused on reducing the business’s overheads and achieving more revenue.

Advice For Women Entrepreneurs:

Miss Varsha Madhyan encourages everyone to try being friends with changing tides rather than fearing it. Eagles usually fly above the clouds while it rains while the rest of them hibernate. It’s the attitude that matters during tough times.
